Oregon Whale Watching Adventures

Whale Watching Zodiac Style on the Whales Tail

Whale Watching Report For Aug. 15
It was just a fantastic day on the ocean, no wind, 2' swell, almost like a lake. The whale sightings were great with whales North, South and just outside the entrance. All the whales put on a great show for the people by coming up close to the boat giving everybody a good look. As of 7pm the whales were still just outside the harbor putting on a great performance.

Whale Watching Report For Aug. 14
Although we had foggy conditions for most of the day the Whales Tail was still able to find the whales. Whales were sighted just outside the entrance to the harbor and off Pirates Cove. Ocean conditions remain the same with light winds and sea conditions forecasted for tomorrow.

Whale Watching Report For Aug. 13
The morning started out with very foggy conditions but soon cleared to overcast skies. By the afternoon the skies cleared and we had bright sunny conditions. As of this writing it is sunny and warm 80 degrees here on the coast. As for the whale sightings it was another good day with whales being sighted just North and South of the #2 red bell buoy and just outside the entrance to the harbor. If you would like to see whales up close go whale watching zodiac style on the Whales Tail.
